Small inconsistencies in default npc_triggers.sql

Hi.

With the default npc_triggers.sql the server gives two waring messages on startup. They can be fixed:

- The duplicate entries with ID 6+7 could be combined to one. Look at entry with ID=8 for example.
- The entry with ID 28 has to belong to "Dictmaster1"
