Character Crash

One of my characters (Jolanon Lonoy) is crashing everytime I log on with it.
I could see the surroundings for half a second, then the client exits.
Maybe it is a lighting problem.

That's quite boring, since it seems you hare having Linux and it becomes hard to find a trace of the dump.

Everything seems fine and there is not a specific error that causes the crashes, at least, not visible in the log.

Which are your system specs?

I remember that I changed the description when it crashed. I tried that with other characters, and the same happened.
So maybe the description is corrupt...

You can try lowering the font size using PSSetup utility.

Downscale it until 50% of its original value.
That should allow you to enter the game.

Then, you can "restore" your char description (modify it again so now it's suitable) log out, change font scaling to 100% again, and join in without many issues.

This topic probably contains an error number same as the one you were getting when loading, more specifically the 005174E5.
