What's going on?  It is saying that people are on, but when I try to log on, it says "Fragnetix- Failed."

Make sure you have the most recent version - 0.3.018 is the latest client, released just a few days ago.

Aw crud.  I was afraid of that. Thanks.

I installed the newest version, and it still doesn't work!  I am having the same problem as the user who posted about the failed server as well, i think...

If you've run the updater, it probably screwed things up for ya. Uninstall entirely (no folders left behind) and then reinstall - but leave the updater alone.
