Hello all,

  I am new to these boards and a newcomer to Planeshift.  I can not get past this part after i download from the site for V0.3.018 w/ Bit Torrent anyone have any ideas on how i can get past this part.

How long has it been at 4%? Have you tried restarting the installation, or worse comes to worse, redownloading?

Hello there,

  Yes the bit torrent tells me that the game downloads to 100%.  So i am just trying to figure out what to do after the game download, this seems to be where i get stuck at.

Well, i have been downloading with that screen for about a half an hour now, and i did try to delete and redownload/reinstall aswell.  Still i get no luck what-so-ever.  What all information do ya need from my part.  I will be around a while until i get this started atleast.

Perhaps your bit torrent client is being stupid.

If you don't mind, start fresh (remove all the old client files and folders and what not) and try getting the client directly:

http://yliakum.de/files/download/PlaneShift_CBV0.3.018.exe

Install with that copy, and see if it works any better.

If it does, make sure to NOT run the updater after it finishes installing, as the updater mirrors aren't set up yet anyways and it may just  break the install if you do.  After you install, you should be able to log right in.
