ok if i go to he downloads all the mirrors say its still ver0.3.017 :/ so i cant download 18 help me plz

that's because the offical mirrors and or the website haven't been updated yet. and will be updated soon(tm).
but you can try it just by reworking the link a bit. change the 17 for and 18. if it works it works.
otherwise the torrent will work.
