Think about this: why are you starting a guild?

Or most importantly, why is your
character starting a guild? Does he or she just want to lead something? If that's the case, you may be better off waiting until you have a more solid idea, or joining an already existing guild to understand how they should function.
Stay away from cookie-cutter ideas - which are basically guilds that have been done a million times before. If there are 10 guilds already dedicated to "peace-keeping," for example, it might do you more good to join one instead of starting yet another. Try to think of something unique, something that will draw people's attention. The problem is that we cannot make your guild for you,
you have to contribute ideas :]
