Where is Yliakum DC? Is it a Palace, a Castle or What?

I see nowhere in the settings any hint on where is located the main governmental building of Yliakum, its capitol, castle, palace, etc.

Is there any art regarding the Octarch's main governmental building where they meet themselves? And where is it located? Hydlaa?

I thought Hydlaa was the capital city....though if it is it does lack a capital building.  Maybe Yliakum doesn't have a capital.  If so think of it more as a continent like europe rather than a country.

Remember that Hydlaa is still being expanded. We don't know if it's not the capital.

Yeah, I think that's now considered to be a mistake by the writer of that information...

Well there is apparently that room in the winch with the stone throne people think is too futuristic, I'd have to see it for myself to decide if I agree with them or not. That could be a seat of the government but I just came back from lunch so I could be mistaken.

Yliakum is confusingly called a city, but it's an affectionate term stemming from "City of the Azure Sun" - and referring to the entire cavernous world. Hydlaa is the capital of Yliakum, although there will probably be one important city on each level. Hydlaa itself is not complete yet, so you may see government buildings in future expansions. There will definitely be something like this in one of the Ojavedan dsars, for example.
