I admit that this is an issue that does bug me out a bit, in that it appears that some quests may still conflict in terms of completing others. Not knowing much about which are simply broken, and which do conflict, and which are just a pain to play "guess the phrase", it is a bit distressing to now have to consider that you may not get a quest back if you delete it in an effort to complete others. But, honestly, in the big scheme of things, I suppose it isn't really a big deal at this stage.
