stop repetative posts, and add solved if it is [SOLVED]

Ok first I need to suggest 2 things...
lol the Subject says it all really...

ok I will address My first point;

everyone seems to run the up-dater then posts asking for help coz the game don't run...

Is there a way of forcing a pop-up/under or a OK / Deny screen that must be read before a post can be made??? and on that screen put the up-dater solution? (may call for some fancy php coding ) ooo and also add the one about not being able to attack... _{(enters forum with new char who says...) also note on the screen that the consequences for posting on those subjects after reading this screen wil be permanant flaming and no answer will come to thier posts that isn't a flame...}

Second point...

not so hard to type is it??? and we are able to edit the post heading!!! Can we make it mandatory to update the subject with this when the problem is resolved and advise all people who have obviously never used a help forum before that it really is bad ettiquette to hijack another persons thread, and that thier thread will be answered in good time???

It seems like a lot of work to code such an addition into the forum software for bugs that are temporary in nature. It's really no big problem if someone makes a post about something they should have read already. We point them in the right direction and the case is closed.

Concerning the [SOLVED] tag, that'd be nice to see I guess :] But mandatory, I don't know. I don't see a real need, as we seem to do fine as we are now.
