ok i think it's time for a hint or two *clears throwt* ehem.

most of you have almost guessed right, it IS weather related but it ain't nothing like your guesses so far.
this is indeed a outdoor picture but this might surprice you, the light's aren't from cars, they are street lights... heh well guess on i guess  ;D

Maybe the picture is taken from a front porch, looking into the street/streets during a heavy snow. The glow at the upper-left hand corner is the light from the porch  that's behind the camera. eh? EH?

I guess you are looking for a more detailed description.

I think the picture was taken behind glass, either a windshield or maybe evn a buss stop shelter. You can see what looks like flash reflections in the centre.



How much detail are you looking for in the guesses ?

it's taken outside with the flash on, not from indoors or inside a car and i wasn't standing under anything and not getting wet ;)
