i broke my hand

i broke my hand today
for the second time this year
in the same place...  :sweatdrop:
twice this year ive now punched something so hard i broke my own hand

why am i telling you all this?
well, my hands in a cast now and i cant type normally so please excuse my bad typing for the next month till my hand is free   :)

Oh, that Armenian temper let loose. (Probably after finding out that he's related to that one girl, since all armenians are related)

Hope it heals, and hope that you don't break it again, seeing as we have most of the year left.



P.S. Things like breaking your hand in the same place twice in a single year is why I insist on calling you FESFES.

Punching anything with your hands never accomplishes anything; use the forearm...least it works better on people. Oh,Tools! that is what you need. Think baseball bat or something of the like. I know in my younger years I would channel all my anger into doing manual labor. Things like chopping wood for the winter or exercise at the local gym. Then at least I felt as something was being accomplished from my moment of anger that I may not regret.

I usually kick things when in need to relieve some anger... it is less dangerous to your bones than punching...
