Quests and discarding them

It seems a few people have noticed that ingame you can no longer discard some quests. This is due to a change in the code that makes it impossible to discard a quest if you can only do it one time. I am not making this post to have you guys debate this topic as I dont even know if this is a permant change or a tempory one I am only making this post to make sure you the players know about this and dont ask the gms why you cant discard your quests. I personally dont like it as it affects gms in the same way and we have to test the quests to make sure they dont have bugs and if they do and they can only be done one time i cant discard the broken quest to start the new fixed one to see if it is 100% working. [when a quest is fixed it has to be discarded and restarted to get the new quest after a server crash]

UPDATE:

Now there is added code to make it impossible to delete a one time only quest from the Completed side of your quest book. Please to be sure you dont have any problems with conflicts do one quest at a time.

Please do not petition a gm that you cant discard a quest we can not help you.
