This is a Dutch television show featuring a man named Hilbrand Nawijn. It's a kind of Idols for celebrities. The poor guy doesn't even realize he makes a total fool of himself. But the worst thing is that this man once was a minister in the Dutch government. Embarrassment for a whole country.
