I\'m not sure if this was asked already, but I have a question-
1. Whenever I try to download one of the parts, something keeps popping up asking me what program should I pick to read the file. What program should I use? Is there something I should download?

you don\'t use a program to open the files. make sure you\'re downloading the files, not opening them.

try right-mouse clicking on the link, then choose
Save Target Link As ...

and just save it as is. don\'t worry if your system doesn\'t know what to do with the file, because the reassember should know how to handle it. the reassember is that last thing you download, the .bat file.

Thanks I got it to work now. But now I have another problem. When I try to connect, it says that there was an error in the database of my account and to ask an admin for help. what should I do?
