Assuming you installed it in the default path, the directory is in:

/opt/PlaneShift

To run, open a terminal and type:

/opt/PlaneShift/psclient

Next time, read before clicking next

Thanks that will work  and next time i will read before i click but it asked me if i wanted a icon in the kde menu and i said yes but it did not do it..

I think you didn't ran the installer as root (you need that to acces the directory that contians the menu icons).
