Try to use punctuation in your posts, please. Reading run-on sentences can be very difficult, and periods and comas are not that hard to squeeze in :) I cannot understand your first problem at all, unfortunately. Try to rephrase it.

Concerning lag: posting your system specs will help us figure out if there is anything we can suggest. You can try to lower your FPS cap, though. When in game, go to Options --> Graphics --> Details, and lower the "FPS cap" value to perhaps 25. Knowing what your system is like would be nice, still.
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

Virtual low memory is usually due to SWAP size.

Windows default is to allocate a resizeable swap, like 512-1024 for example. It helps in this regard to change the default value to a fixed size which you know (from frequent use) it will be sufficient enough.

How:

Right click My Computer, select Advanced tab, under Performance (Virtual memory etc) click Settings, then... select another Advanced tab aaaaaaand..... under Virtual memory click Change. It should be straight-forward from there what to do :)
To see the world in a grain of sand
And Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour.
