Gold in Sack Bug

Hey all, I have a problem... I mined up 59 gold ores and had them all in my Sack when the server crashed. When I came back, I realized that my weight was over double what my character can carry, So I tried to drop all the gold, and pick it up again... Problem is, it all stacked on the ground... so now i have 59 ores worth just sitting on the ground.  Im not worried of it being stolen though, seeing as it weighs over 350 in the game... Is there any way to split the stack or something? please help!

You can pickup 350 worth out the sack but that's about it...

Or buy potions so you can collect the full amount, by the way to get over 350 you must of been potted up anyway...

I think the Sack is bugged because i make stacks of 25 and then put the stack in the bag... then my weight goes down as if i dont have any gold... the bag weight doesnt change when you put stuff in it... until you log out.

Yep, sounds like a bug. Just mine your chars weight and don't use sacs and you shouldn't encounter any problems...

As far as I am aware, there is no way to pick up only a part of a stack of an item that is sitting on the ground at this time.  If there is, someone feel free to correct me with how to do this.

I do believe the entire inventory system and the way things are handled with dropping and picking up objects are currently being overhauled, so this will most likely be fixed soon.

Until then, only suggestion I can make is try to be more careful and not carry more stuff than you can carry, if that makes sense.

Yes sadly anything lost will not be replaced unless you manage to retrieve it somehow yourself... Just remember sacs and gold don't mix and sacs always have some bug or other.

No, there is no way to pick up a partial stack.  I put that in the wish list and Venge said he will look into it.  Maybe it will be in a future version but for now you are out of luck.  I can only imagine the amount of potions it would take to reach 350 in weight capacity.

Someone with max (available) stats and no load might be able to do it with only a few or possibly no potions.
