Buddy list add request.

People are usually added to my list for one of three reasons.
1) I like them
2) I don't like them
3) Bussiness

It may be OOC knowledge, but being offline is OOC in itself.

Now, #1 and #3 probably won't care if I add them, but #2 would probably like to avoid me.  However, it'd be a real pain to have enemies if you never knew when they'd phased into existance

Come to think of it.  It really wouldn't be hard to setup an out of game buddylist, aswell, so this add request thing would probably just end up being annoying and useless.

Yes alot of guilds have 'guild online' lists so it wouldnt be hard to make one out of game for those that know how. But have to have the other person accept weatehr or not you can see them as online is just a pure hinderance for one thing you could have a buddy list full of people who have blocked you taking up space making things harder. They cant accpet if they are offline and the whole point of the buddy list is to find out when someone is online, that person might log on once every blue moon so you wouldnt bother hitting who. It gets in the way 100 times more than it would stop harassment. The buddy list is fine, you cant fix it if it aint broke.

and for the harassing people, I think you can get a GM by your side and kick their harassing activities!

it would be optional if the window is to pop asking your permission. Such as the duel comfirmation.

Where did the EXTRA list come from? and you do know that all windows can infact be closed and reopened dont you?

Why would you add someone that blocked you anyway?

Think you can /report 20 ppl? how about thier alts? came now... surely you dont know EVERYONE and thier alts.. Also, im sure a gm does not want to have to deal with 20 extra compaints a day, when it can be avoidable.

if they're harrasing you it's the gm's job to do something about it.  Now if you're just moaning for no apparent reason, then you don't need a buddy request, and you don't need a gm's help.  As I recall when you report something so many minutes of the convo are recorded, so if there are multiple people involved it will be sorted out in time.

Ehh, If you got 20 people harassing you, then maybe you are doing something very wrong First fix the probs yourself, if it doesn't work THEN ask a GM and if for some reason you think they act wrong ( Is that even possible?) THEN suggest something against harassing...
  Or was there another BIG reason for this request?
  Cause if you're the only one, I don't think it's very much needed,    Else i already had wished for a Big statue honoring Soicus which inflict lighting dammage if you don't pay the daily fee of 666K

Another solution is to simply remove the buddy list from the game.  There are at least a few people pushing for it.

People say the same thing about duels, but you yourself asked Talad if they could be taken out of the game or at least suspended.  Never say never.

More people want it in-game than taken out so they will more likley than not stay. Duals being taken out of game would be a bad idea from a testig point of view so that wont happen either.
