I am just wondering if there is any thought being given to an underworld kingpin keeping an unofficial registry of the nefarious type guilds. It would obviously not be out in the open and indeed might require payment and/or services to view. I do think it might be a good idea though I am not sure how it would be implemented.

Anything for a price and the underworld kingpin usually knows what goes on in his backyard better than anyone else. It can be fatal if he doesn't. I did not go into its composition but it would likely be less revealing than the open ones. In game you might be able to get the name and purpose and possible drop off a message and not much else. On the forum maybe nothing at all.

Not all secret guilds work together or even like one another, while many of the guilds are simply irrelevant.

And anyway, the "revolutionary" idea opposing to a variation of a monarchy(I dubbed it "octarchy") would be probably something on the lines of democracy or republic, not "communism". I doubt people would care even a bit about economic ideologies on Yliakum as there are no industrial barons and machines with almost 24/7 work schedules among the other really bad conditions for the worker class of the RW Industrial Age.

Also some guilds would want to be so secret that even the "underground" should not know about them.

Hmm,  I can't recall "Screwing Capitalistic Pigs" being the overall Idea of Communism
Second: are there really capitalists in Yliakum? or just some (Actually a LOT) selfcentred-I-wanna-be-rich-persons [or is Capitalism become that low already?]
Third : THERE IS NO GOD, only Talad and Laanx. And they don't give a wooden nickel if someone tries to change Yliakum from the underground for the greater good.
Fourth: What are your reasons for stopping this 'presumably communistic guild'? Both Communism and Capitalism are NOT in PS.
So what is that guild standing for in the first place, and why are ya against it?
