Tria progress bar on training bars
« on: April 21, 2007, 06:17:08 pm »
How about another bar on the bottom of each stat bar in cyan that indicates if you have enough tria to buy the training? there is nothing more frustrating to run all the way to bronze doors from oja, only to find you are a few tria short.

Or perhaps some attackable NPC mobs with loot and an NPC merchant who buys such loot up at the Fortress... Rats around the abandoned mining camp huts and Clackers in the distant hidden valley... or simply an NPC merchant who buys Jewellry!  :)
- running PlaneShift Mac OS X Tiger (10.4.11) Client, on an Apple iMac G5 2GHz PowerPC processor, 2GB DDR SDRAM, an ATI Radeon 9600 graphics card with 128MB VRAM, a 20-inch active-matrix LCD widescreen display, and a 250GB Serial ATA hard drive... so what's your excuse, huh?

Yes, I actually really like the idea :) however, I am assuming that later on in the game, different NPCs in different cities will train the same skill at the same price (if it isn't already the case). So then that bar would not be possible anymore ...

[Tis an awesome idea, which I forgot to say before, though the bar would be better to only appear specific to trainers...so if you are in the attributes screen as per usual the bar does not appear, if you are in the attributes screen when training with an NPC, you can see if you can or cannot afford the training needed for the next level in either a specific skill that you have clicked on or every skil that NPC trains. The biggest problem with this is I have no idea about programming and such so if it's possible I have no idea...or reasonable to ask for. (tis Modnar on Wodaj's account remember.) Twould certainly be awesome though, great idea Pakot!]
