iI do believe you did

Edited to add: Let me guess a new colonized planet ?

Possibly, I'm not really keeping track.

Are sensors supposed to be able to view the surface of other people's planets?

And wouldn't it be neat if we could colonise suns XD

Ugh, I always end up tempted to put myself in the red financially >_>

Why is it that the build time is so long when you have items in cue?

example; lets say you are building a research centre and select a mall to be built in the next building sector. The build time shows something like 3 days and 21 hours, but if you cancel and select the exact same sector and building type, the time goes down to a more reasonable 3:41:00

Anyone know ???

The systems doesn't like you?
More seriously, I think you pointed directions to a bug:(.

"Fly school" has been added to the manual. So if you want to know how to move your ships, you can read it there:).
Combat will be next, you will only read that it's automated:P.

okay, so im a bit confused about the technology part.  Once you have trained the technology, does that mean you have it always, and if so, where can i see or check that?  If not, then I have just finished training my first technology, and it has disappeared from the technology tab, and says none selected now.

Check the "Omnipedia" of it to know what new features each tech adds to your empire. Once it's researched, you have all its benefits.

Hmm. Problem with a tech that provides new buildings coming up is I don't want to waste my money on more of the current ones, as they'll just be replaced. I also don't like leaving my planets idle.

personally, i think this is a great game, but i think that technology research needs to be sped up some, 8hrs to research one of the earlier techs tends to make the game a tad bit boring, other than that, im liking it

Drifting Offtopic: I have to be glad I didn't have a anti-ad banner-blocker for the first time in my life! A banner in Void of Space has shown me a MMO game I would definitively put above anything else on the genre :)
While browsing some banners, I stumbled into this...(Definitively not mainstream, but up to my tastes)

A (PG 18+) Cyberpunk MMOFPRPG, with real combat instead of *yawns*  "kill mob a 1000000x, click on tougher mob b to attack it with your now levelled character" of crappy MMO(RP?)Gs, where you can conquer territory like in a huge "Battlefield 1942" game(And that from some reviews, is some kind of  "Deus Ex MMORPG")... if I only had the money and bandwith for lagless netplay...

For your luck(or lack of luck), I don't, otherwise I would probably say: goodbye Planeshift!

P.S.: Of course I would like some serious reviews of this Neocron first, but after reading this one I got both happy and sad as well as I can't afford it

Some of the stuff that got me really willing to try it:

Quote
A detailed political system, that you can choose to be a part in or not, gives way to warring, allied and neutral factions, supply raids, corruption and just about as much complication as you could come up with in a real political system.

Quote
The HackNet is a kind of matrix, a three-dimensional virtual cyber-net where hackers fight security programs, viruses or other hackers with different types of software...
- Last time I saw something like this was on an old Genesis RPG named "Shadowrun" and on "System Shock 1"

Perhaps it would need more refinement, but MMOFPRPG is a definitively promissing genre, and have much more appeal to me than MMOTRPG(Massively Multiplay Treadmilling Roleplaying Game)...

I really loved this quote from an user's review :D

Quote
"Definitely beats seeing elves (sp) and killing rats!"

Quick turn back to topic:

If you didn't notice already, Void of Space is a great game for the casual gamer, you don't need to spend too many continual hours playing to succeed, 1-2 hours per day, or the occasional minutes on several points of a day are more than enough.
