this doesn't feel like it fits well in the stories forum. been bouncing around by head for a while. but from a mind that thinks in hypertext and metaphor...

i wandered among the worlds.
i came into the light.
i walked among those who wandered the world.

i saw the vision, and was blinded by its light.
i stood transfixed by the light.
i stood afraid to leave the light.

i saw those move unknowing of the vision
i saw them leashed by the vision
i saw them wail at their unseen leash

i saw those who moved blinded by the vision.
i saw them leashed by the vision.
i saw them gnash their teeth at the leash.

i saw others who moved.
i saw them sighted with the vision in their eyes.
i saw them walk with the leash in their hands.

i sat and watch those around me.
i felt the vision in my mind.
i saw the light in my eyes.

i knew my path.

I love it but really think it should be in the story writing section. The idea behind it is awesome what ever it may be, I get an image of how differnt people handle things that happen in life.
