In Ojaveda, there's a quest given to you by a Menki named Brado.  He gives you an order for mugs.  I have tried to give this order to the person I am supposed to (Jirosh Mikana), bit it won't allow me.  I've also asked this person for mugs in just about every way I can possibly imagine, including german.  am I just missing a phrase?  is this quest not completable?

Are you getting a message akin to "NPC Name doesn't need that"? If so, the problem is usually that you have several quests interfering with one another, and another quest involving that NPC you're trying to trade with needs to be finished first. Check your quest list, and try to do them in another order.

actually, yes, I do have a quest for the guy who I'm supposed to give the item to, and I am getting that error, thanks a ton!
