odd fatigue effect.

Do not know what caused it nor how to recreate it but in the midst of running around the arena attacking various glads, rogues and mercenaries, I had the following happen. I used my shortcuts to select then attack a mob and no attack started but my green bar rapidly dropped from full to empty. It took no more than five seconds.

  I know, It mostly happens when you have ran and then do an action... and sometimes even just with running alone [NO don't say Fatigue drops when you run, I know that, but I see the difference between dropping with run and dropping very fast  ]
But I don't mind it that much, just wait a minute or two a voila! you fatigue is back and regained fully

And then it drains from full to empty again in 2 seconds.
