« on: May 15, 2007, 08:08:41 am »
ok i know there have been a lot of crashes lately and i didn't have time to go through them all so i apolagize if someone is having the same trouble and it's allready been posted. As u can see by the title of the subject i have a runtime error, shortly after trying to upload my character , at the loding screen i get an error something like this:"psclient has made runtime close in an unnormal way, please contact client administrator/suport"-the message is more or less the way i wrote it but it should give u an idea about whats going on. i just hope someone will help me out

Does this happen for all your characters that you try to create and upload, or just this one?
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

Can you post your system specs for us? :)

You can find your processor and RAM amount by right-clicking on your My Computer icon and looking at Properties. If you don't know what graphics card you have, point to the Start button and click Run. Type "dxdiag" (no quotes) in the box and press return. In the new window, go to the Display tab, and read "Name" and "Manufacturer". "Name" is the name and model of your card, and "Manufacturer"... is self-explanatory ;)

If you think you may not have the latest driver version for your card:

For NVidia, visit www.nvidia.com
For ATI, visit www.ati.com
For anything else, use www.Google.com to find the correct manufacturer address.

Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

load all maps does not connect to the server. all the maps are a part of the client. connection type has nothing to do with it.
may laanx frighten the shadow from my path.

Ok, same thing is happening to me.  I log in, select my character, and wait for the world to load up, only for it to get terminated.  After the usual saving the diagnostic file, I get a C++ RunTime error.  Here are my computer specifics, though I don't think they're of any use: game work for me in the past with these specifications.

OS: Windows Xp
Processor: Intel Pentium M 1.73GHz
RAM: 502MB
Graphic Card: Mobile Intel Express, 128MB
(Yes, I'm playing from a laptop)
:) thx for the info but i already knew. let's see 2 GB Ram, pentium IV 3.0 GHz,vidoe driver nvidia GForce 6600 256 mb, 8 pipes, Dx 9.0 c :D, anything else??

I'll try that, though I likely don't have the memory supports that your computer has.
