Npc Question

I am relitivly new and I can not figure out which NPC will buy rat hides. I searched all over the town but there is no Npc that will buy them. Is there any NPC that wants them?  ???

I am not allowed to spoil your frustation of searching all around for the NPC that buy hides, as there is no spoilers rule.

But perhaps you should look on another city.

Not anymore, as I heard. There's supposed to be one in Hydlaa now.

I'm simply bored by something called "Sameness", by an extensive inflexibility(slowness or inaction to adapt certain rules to new situations) around here and I'm equally bored from being nitpicked as well on anything that I post that points some flaws on certain aspects or that bothers "The Man" even when being truthful.

I was honest instead of ommiting or lying, now I guess things will start falling against me arbitrarily.

Out... I have nothing else to say or reply about this.
