Multiple Purchases
« on: May 23, 2007, 12:18:13 am »
Greetings All;

I'm buying repair kits or potions etc and I want more than one ! The Purchase window (as far as I can tell)
will only allow me to buy one at a time ! I do like to take time to smell the roses, but I can't do that as much
if I have to waste my time like this. An addition such as when you sell items that lets you specify how many
you want would make life so much easier !!

                                                            Thanks, for the consideration

Greetings Citizens

       My pardon kind Sir,
If you buy weapon repair kits (which are at the bottom, a bad place since they are popular)
after clicking you are at the top of the merchant inventory and have to scroll down again.
It isn't obvious if it is still the selected item. I don't like to click purchase if I'm not sure what is selected.
I'll try and "click real fast" and see what happens.

Suggestion, put the most popluar items at the top of the list.

No you can select an item then select how many you want to sell\buy, you dont need to rapidly click.

That doesn't work for all items .. or merchants. For some it does, for some it doesn't.

I suspect the scroll wheel over the buy button would work similar to training but I do not think I ever tried.

It does for one of the potion sellers at least.  I'd do that when I wanted 50+ mana potions.  I never tried it anywhere else though, other than training.
Did you get the number on that one-eyed rat?

Greetings Citizens

It seems to me, with no disrespect to the designers, that what we need here is a consistant interface
as regards to multiple purchases. This should be across all merchants and include all products. I for one
have purchased in Hydlla nd Oja and with regards to repair kits and health potions there is no multiple
purchase option and I've tried the scroll wheel. It is especially critical to get the most purchased items
towards the top so we don't have to scroll.

                                                         Happy Trails !
