Made something else. Always have wanted to try drawing "Disney" style. Here was my first try at it. I might color it. Maybe.

(ps i shrunk it down some so you canprint it out and use as a bookmark! ( hahaha just kidding just kiddin.) Guess who it is? First one to get the correcct answer gets a cookie! (Well, not really...)  This and the next drawing I have planned are for my favorite couple. Happy wedding Kersha and Rakhun!!!!!!!

heehee thanks! ;D  I just couldn't resist this idea. (had it in a dream lol.)My first Kran!!!( random cheering from an invisible audience is heard and conffeti and streamers randomly pop out of the air)  Done in about 3 minutes.  Ink, may color over tomorrow/weekend. I call it: "Self Explanation". Will try to clean it up some. Speaks for itself.  :detective:

PS if you all want to I might color it(maybe the Laanx one too but I haven't gotten any requests for it to be colored yet.) And my pen is running out of ink;I need to get a new one.

remember that picture i mentioned? (if not then whatever, I don't really care.) Sorry bad mood today. Got my grades and my mom is pissed. This is that cat picture i found randomly from about 3 years ago that I ended up adding on to. It was screwed up by my scanner. As usual.

woo! I've really gotten out the pictures today! (even though my mood hasn't improved much)  >:(    This is something I did before I  started everything else.... (When I first heard the description for an Ylian I realized when I was creating my character that there were no female designs yet! This pissed me off, so I decided to make my own (last fall). I ended up checking the site after I was done to make sure I had fit the description to my liking only to figure out THER WAS ALREADY A DESIGN FOR ONE!!!!!! Well, I've finally gotten the courage to put it up here, it's before I ever knew about proportions AT ALL.

And another! I am just so amazing, aren't I? Well I had an idea that I drew last night (weird I draw a lot at night, huh?) about 7 pm. It's Laanx in her full outfit (one of them atleast, I have ideas for a few others. This is just the one that I have used for my first drawings.)



PS this drawing is more about the outfit than Laanx's proportions. Please don't b*&%^ to me about them. It's the outfit. OUTFIT. OUTFIT!!!! OUTFIT I  TELL YOU!!!!!!!

Don't double-post if you're posting on the same day please :)

Study proportion and anatomy. A regular person is about 6 heads in height - anything smaller, and they start to look childlike. And even a soft female form still has some muscle definition. Don't be afraid to use straight, hard lines as well as curves.

ya I know sorry.  :sweatdrop:  Anyways these pictures are ooooollllld. (like I said they are before I ever even started to study proportions. And the Laanx is nore of a focus on the outfit. NOT proportions. ) Didn't I already say that?  :detective:

Because I'd think an artist would want to make the best impression. Old drawings usually do not convey that. If you've improved lots since you drew something, especially with something as vital as anatomy and proportions, why put it up?

Can't see how much a person has improved if you never see the older work though.

I not only admire how well someone can create images and whatnot, but admire them for putting so much time and effort into something to keep striving to improve themselves.  Never seing the old stuff, you never can really appreciate how far they have come.

It's probably the same reason I have my very first gold tournament's score card next to one of my very last ones.  That 126 for 18 holes last place winner may not look very good sitting next to the 69 for 18 holes tournament winner, but it lets me appreciate how far I weas able to come along.

Yeah, but it doesn't mean I'm going to be posting my work from when I didn't understand anatomy basics though :P If I post something I made now, and then I post something a few months later, the progress is going to be a lot more relevant.

"This is something I made two years ago when I didn't know how to draw" doesn't help anyone, trust me.
