Server always crashes for me

the server crashes and failes and it takes a while for it to come back up and every one else is connected when i look on the server page its fine. is this some kind of mac problum if so help me too fix it..

same here, but when i tried to fix it in the set up what comes with the mirror, when i pressed ok, it have closed and since then i cant open it anymore, it always closses.
