Rats tattered dagger of Seduction?

Hi all,
I looted a Rat's tattered dagger of Seduction the other day, and have been unable to wield it due to charisma not being high enough.  I have passed this dagger through 3 other people, all of which have maximum charisma of 120, of which it stands in game at current, or so im aware.  I wonder if anyone else has had any experience with this weapon, and know of any way to weild it at the moment in game, or whether it is a new weapon, that has been released in anticipation of higher charisma lvls.

Of course there is always the possibility that there are now npcs that train charisma higher, that i do not know of, but anyway, if anyone can shed some light on this weapon and the required stats, or how to weild it, would be fantastic, in a non spoiler way of course.

There have been loot weapons that could not be used for a long time, you can equip them using a potion possibly, to raise the significant stat but you likely won't be able to use it once the potion wears off.

Thanks for that bilbous, its good to know that this is most likely a case of this weapon just not being able to be used then.  I wasnt sure if there were others, so again, good to know.  I wasnt sure if i was just overlooking something perhaps in an effort to weild it.  Ill just hang on to it for a while then, until we can train charisma a little higher

I was about to give a non-spoiler. but i was wrong about my info.

However, a theory on why you may not be able to use it (non-spoilerish).  Since this is a multi-property weapon, if one of those properties were to effect a Stat needed to use another property ...

By my knowledge the tattered part of the weapon doesn't affect any stats at all .. only the general condition of the weapon. Last time I checked weapons with more than one unusual property are still a bit screwy in which property affects the weapon, price and possible stat/skill boost though.

In general, a normal dagger of seduction will take -20 or -40 charisma, i cant think of it right now, since its 5.30am, hehe, but its one of those.  So Im thinking, if you need higher than 150 charisma to wield this one, how much charisma does it take once it is finally wielded.

I know 150 charisma is still not enough, due to using a charisma boosting weapon with max charisma, and still no joy in weilding this sucker.  Cant wait to see if there's a higher strength bonus than the normal dagger of seduction.

The hilarious weapons the engine comes out with somtimes are one of the best things about planeshift.
