Quest deletion

I notice that quest deletion has been re-enabled, is that a result of a bug, or intentional?  What are the consequences for the three quests I just deleted, two bugged and one ancient one I was not able to complete?  Is the functionality fully functional, are there things I should look for to possibly report on?

When they reverted the server this got reverted as well. you will not be able to get one time only quests back same rules as before apply.

Are they likely to be completely gone or is it possible there will still be blocking elements left?

it depends on the quests. for now you all are best NOT deleting any quest in your quest book.

for what it's worth .. I've suggested that discarded quests aren't recognized as completed ones by the system. That way you'd always be able to get a discarded quest back, preferably even without a long lockout timer. Since you earned your right to do that quest before and are just picking it up again. One of the Devs assured me that this option was discussed and would probably be applied in the near future.

So hopefully most of our problems with discarding quests will be gone soon

well i have a lil problem i started a quest and at 2nd part i should get an item to return but my inventory was full so i get the 2nd part of quest but not the item (delete or not delete is the question).
or is there a way to get the item again (and not use an other char begin the quest again till 2nd part to get the item(the its a far way to run)

The only way you could get the item again is by using another character to start the quest again ... or perhaps buy it from someone who isn't interested in completing the quest.
