Before browsing, first I need to know the names of plugins which are able to do what I need...

I was impressed by enhancement plugins like AlienSkin BlowUp or Redfield Perfectum; but I don't own PhotoShop, and BlowUp only works with the original... so I may have to buy Perfectum if I don't find something similar.
