There's no death! (fyi: invalid)

Hi folks, my client has some problems to create deatch  \\o//

here's some console output,
It happened first time when i used '/die' in the outside world.

After restart, i was in the halls of death...running around i somehow falled again and saw

no question, just sweet sweet nothing...and by the time, my client learned how to die correctly....or was it you?
