Blood coursed over the sharpened ebony claws of the cat-like being that stood before the dying elf, he touched a claw to the chin of the creature, gently mind you, and the elf's eyes were filled with pure hatred while the cat's filled with a gleefull presence. "I'm sorry ickle elf. But I can't have anyone standing in my way now...Or for that matter," the creature's eyes darkened, "Ever." The elf's eyes widened.
"Etherian, don't, I can atone for m-GBBBLBBL," the cat dubbed Etherian's finger had driven itself up through his throat and teased the dead thing's brain, giggling as the elf kicked and squirmed with a well placed touch, eventually getting bored he let the creature slip from his arm and hit the ground. He snorted arrogantly and his claws pierced the eyes, neck and several other areas of his body, adding some bites for good measure, trying to make it look more like a dog or something of that sort. Etherian twisted about and began to groom himself, his tongue pressing his fur to the whiteish skin beneath, removing the blood as well.
After the grooming had been done he slipped between two trees bordering the forest, "Creatures are so fun to play wi-" an acorn interrupted him midsentence, hitting him squarely between the eyes, a growl arose in his throat, only to attract the attention of more woodland creatures. As if from nowhere wolves were suddenly surrounding him, he tapped his foot three times and said, "Let's da-" interrupted once more by an acorn, anger coursed through his veins as he leapt onto the tree, scaled it and devoured the squirrel, blood touch the fur of the wolves below, just before a body. Replacing the cat being stood an elf, bleeding from at least a hundred areas, examining the handiwork of his revenge.
"Those who do not learn from the past are bound to repeat it, child," the elf muttered before turning away in a blinding flash of flame, light and crows.
