i have downloaded the x86 linux binary client and after accepting the license i've received segmentation fault

system - gentoo linux
kernel - 2.6.22 (gentoo-sources with ck,hrtimer and cfs19)
glibc - 2.6
gcc - 4.1.2
client - 3.019
processor - athlon xp

This the installer?

Run it with -mode=text (I think that's correct)

i tried --mode text (not - and =, thanx the help :) ) and it has installed perfectly..
let's try running... :)

i tried, but i have a traffic limit to download the sources and the openal library caused a gcc error :(
