What is a "Croatia Plane Shift"? we only have one server and one offiical client.

You can play PlaneShift from anywhere in the world, but it's only in one language - English.

I'm afraid I don't understand that one: do you mean to join the team? If so, your location doesn't matter once again. You can be anywhere in the world and contribute to the game.

Although it might not be a requirement for joining the team having played the game might help in understanding, what it is about. So, why don't you just play a little bit to see if it suits you and if you like it.
