When starting the game something pops up

When i double click on the client to get into the game it loads for a few seconds and then something pops up and it says

can someone tell me how to fix this problem so i can play?

Well, that's obviously a crash.
Give us some info here:
What version of Planeshift?
Did you try to reinstall?
What kind of computer do you have, what specs?
Do you have the right drivers?
Are you sure your download wasn't corrupted?
