Can\'t upload

I am having problems uploading. I entered Tbd in the Server section, then my character name, and password. When I hit upload the button stays depressed for a few seconds and returns to normal, not uploading.  The only info I see about the server address is what I have copied here.  I am sure the solution is something simple but can\'t seem to figure it out.

That is your problem. TBD means \'to be determined\', the only server that is up right now is the asia one. After you change it back to that one (the one it was set up for in the first place) it should work just fine.
