Also I can't cancel any quests. What makes it impossible to adhere to the rule of "one quest only", no matter how hard I try.
NO quest can be removed and you will not get quest help on the forum.
I don't mean to get quest help. Just to notify that no matter what I try, the relevant character (I'm 100% sure he is) ignores me. He only replies that he doesn't understand me, nothing meaningful. I have the same problem also with Jayose each time someone sends me to ask for a book, so I have a bunch of quests unfinished and I'm starting to hate Jayose personally (can you hate an NPC?

). Surely it's because whoever designed the quest had those NPCs to recognize only a very complex sentence and not the essential elements like "book", <name of the book> and <name of questgiver>. The case is that they are not finishable without knowing the exact combination of words the designer used (i.e. without knowing the exact phrase, what is impossible to find out by trial and error unless it's something very basic).
And I really thought that not being able to discard quests is a bug, specially because every time I log in the "server's MOTD" is "do not take more than one quest at a time", what is just plainly impossible unless you want to play for months trying combinations of words that maybe the relevant NPC might understand.
I have naturally started to accumulate unfinished quests (not just those but also the ones that are nearly impossible to do at my level, like getting 10 tefusang furs, etc.)... up to a point that it's difficult to find out the quest you are doing right now.
Well, I really wanted to learn Derghir language (it seemed fun) but the issue is not wether I (my char) learns or doesn't learn, ends the quest or not... but if the quest is doable at all. I think it isn't (same for the "pre-paid" book you have to bring to Laanx' priest... unless Jayose gets smarter).
