Sudden stops

Hi all!

I usually use the 'running mode' (walk forward, push 'R' and then you can run without any other keys, than those for steering), but for quite a while now, I have problems with sudden stops. My character stops dead and exits the running mode, even though I keep pushing the 'W'-key for running forward all the time. This is quite annoying and it didn't happen anytime before this issue first occured about one month ago. There is nothing wrong with my keyboard though, I have tested three different keyboards and still I stopped running all of a sudden. So my question is: Does/did anyone else experience the same issue and probably has a solution for me? (Except 'Walk!' of course )

It doesn't happen all the time, only every once in a while.

Hello!

I use the running mode as well and have the same problem. But for me it happens quite offen and at the same places. That's why I think it's lag when the region is loading (even if I don't see the "official" screen for 'loading region'). This maybe an explaination, although I'm not sure.

my guess is that rongar croses sectors, in that case when PS loads maps char stops, you can stop it with keep maps loaded (always on first load it will stop but than it will be ok) or load all maps. But it's only guess

Thanks for your suggestions, but unfortunately this isn't it. These stops often occur in the crystal room in DR, but also on the way to BD for example. I think I know what you mean, the stops where the different maps are linked but without loading screen, like the point, where you enter the forest when coming from Hydlaa, right? Right where these two maps are linked, you stop running, but this is not what I meant.
