in 3.019: new plaza map, vortex, & death makes me crash

i dont know about anyone else but i see to crash at regular points.. anytime someone casts vortex i crash.. then i run up the stair in the plaza heading either to the tavern or to the north doors i crash.. someone cast death i crash... none of this was happening before the update.. i dont know if this is the right place to post this but it is defiantly a complaint... is there a fix for the plaza map could you post the old zip file i will just play on that one.. and is there a way to disable the vortex graphics like some one did for summon arrow spell i crashed every time some one casted "Summon Arrow" spell till i got the patch that took away all the sparkles.. if there is a fix for tis please help me....
 
and btw WHO THE HECK CASTS MAGIC FIRE SPELLS WHEN STANDING IN A GROUP OF PEOPLE!!!!... if this is RP that is rude and ridiculous.. would you walk into you mothers house and cast magic fire to say hello .. no... not unless you are trying to kill her and collect the life insurance... whatever ...

i tried that and keeping it off for the last couple days.. and i still get the same problem.. adaptive distance is on.. sound off  it didn't happen before the update has anything ne graphical been added to the plaza.. just curious

No, I don't believe anything has changed in the plaza. But you said you've been keeping Vertex Buffer off for the last couple of days - why is that?

when i turned it on i crashed just as much... so i tested it in the off position also just covering my bases.. but it is still crashing... i had a problem crashing in bds area before i turned off vertex buffer and then i had to get the map with out the waterfall from the forum.. but now i just stand there near the plaza and i crash..

*edit*

i think it might be the flames in front of the temple.. in the last version the flames were not that graphical... is there a way to get the old plaza map posted so i can run on that one or if you could tell me how to disable flames in the game .. the flame graphic is what makes me crash ... magic or real .. they both make me crash
