I downloaded this game, just to try it.. (i like games with many classes) And to my big dissapointment, there were no monsters on the whole freakin map! I walked around for 30 mins without seeing one single monster! Is this game that lame or did i do something wrong?

Hello!

Well, first I would like to say please mind your wording.
Second, I would like to add that there are "monsters" in this game but the part of the software that is responsible for them has some problems sometimes, making the monsters disappear or make them "impervious to attack".

I think that you have missed the point of the game, and you must have missed where it says the game is in development.

You might want to look here, just to point out what PlaneShift actually is.

Sorry for the cursing.. I saw no edit button so.. And i created the char.. didnt unerstand much of what id id when i created it but that not the point.. I walked with my char, like through the city and out of it.. and on that walk i saw 1 player and 2 npcs.. When i walked around in the world, i saw nothing not a person and not a monster.. Ima read the link you sent.. And see if i can udnerstand the point of this game..


Oh, i just noticed, the "edit" button is called "modify" instead of "edit"...

I already red through that.. It didnt make me any vicer... It sure says that there are monsters...

Monsters aren't going to be found just hanging around a populated city :) Keep exploring.

Well, not hanging around, but more invasons would be nice once in a while.

seems i have missed the point of the game as well.

NPC are all the time impervious, there is no PvP area and digging gold all day is thrilling....

why that much work for just a fancy chatroom ?

The NPCs are not impervious all the time - you may be catching them when NPCcient is having problems. There is a PvP room in the arena, and you're not forced to dig gold all day.

What did I miss? :]

Keep exploring? I walked around, ALMOST the entire map. Without finding a single creature!
