Mental Stamina not going down

Ok, I am mining for Gold, and I just looked at my Mental Stamina, and it is not going down as I mine, Seeing as the Petition is broken, and I did not see any GM's online, I decided to post it here.

Not a major bug, just thought I mention it.

Details:
It was working last night, and earlier today (The Mental Stamina decreasing).
Now, when ever I press "v" (My Gold Mining Shortcut) it does not go down.

(I did a search and did not find any posts pertaining to this)

Well, once again, not a big bug, just a notice.

I think it's been changed to reduce physical stamina instead because mining is typically more physically draining than mentally.

I found it also happen in combat: now you lose much less mental stamina and much more physical stamina when fighting... what will force my main char to train endurance (but I think it's more realistic anyhow).

just curious ... is this being messed with again.  The DH was mining tonight, and both his physical and mental stamina were going down.

How much were each going down in comparison to each other? Was physical going down much faster than mental? Both should drop, but physical about 9x faster than mental I would guess roughly.

no ... the mental was going down faster.

but with the hiccups the server is having tonite, both were going down at break-neck speeds and regenerating sloooooowly
