New glyphs unpurified after relog

I have recently obtained three new glyphs: Arrow, Fire and Mind.

I have purified them, used Arrow successfully. After I relogged I found out that all three are not purified. I purified them again. And so on. This happens after every relog, I have checked.

I have other glyphs in my Spell Book as well but they remain purified.

I have found a related bug in the old bugtracker, however it's unconfirmed: Bug #2987 "Glyphs can become unpurified randomly"

I have posted this in the new bugtracker but I thought if I post it here it might catch the eye of somebody experiencing the same problem.
