Need help

When I download the game it tell me I should Download a updater as well or something so I do and a black screen comes with some green boxes in it and its just flashing I cant click save or cancel it just flashes..  I have vista btw.

Hey there,

My first suggestion would be to check that you have the most recent drivers for your graphics card. Visit the card manufacturer's website and download the latest driver version they offer for your operating system. If that doesn't work, we'll try to think of something else.

Well now I got it, but I click new character, I click a race and it freezes.. I can click anything on the window but once I click a race it freezes.
