Did you purposely choose for Organisation, the British form of Organization?
And [Organisazation] should be [Organization].

We're not evil. We're simply amazing.

i think this organization is too general. yes i'm sure you meant it to be that way, but how many "honorable" people are you going to get if you also allow robbers and pickpockets into this group. I know only one of my chars would want to join this group, because they would offer protection for all his illegal activities. I think you need to make it a bit more specific why they would join, such as reasons having to do with the government, since that is why Jornop created this group. a different name would be nice, maybe "second government" because this is meant to look after the people, but it can really be whatever

I think only evil guilds allow pickpockets and robbers. If we allow them we can't hold neutrality because the good guilds will think we are outcast. Then we get a stamp of evil.

Forgot to mention that if anyone wants to join us, just speak with any member, they'll either invite you or forward the request  ;)

I think the idea was very good. Having a general purpose org and several sub specializing organisations like mining, crafting, warriors,...

I've noticed the Organisation in-game for a while now. Can't say I particularly admire the way it got created but at least you're improving yourself. Jornop's story is risky because it involves the Government and other factors that belong to settings, not us players. Unless all this actually happened in-game you should be very careful with introducing external non-player controlled groups in your character history. Aside from that the story is also incredibly vague and it makes little sense to those who don't know more about the people involved ... but I'm assuming that's done on purpose.

As for the Organisation itself ... the idea I encourage, the way it is handled I agree with less. Other multiguild organisations like the Dark Empire and Community of Vaalnor usually existed for a long time and already had a big, trustworthy player base before they even started to think about going down that road. You guys seemed to want to skip most stages and become a multiguild organisation right away. I know how tough it is to stay afloat even when you have a lot of members and sympathisants to build on ... so I can only imagine the heaps and heaps of work you're loading onto your shoulders.

I know you guys handle the issue by having rather low recruition requirements but depending on where you want to go, that's not always the best option ;) To cut a long argument short ... taking your time with something isn't always bad and usually a few dedicated men are worth a lot more than a dozen newbies, especially in the early stages.

Yeah it its a lot of work for sure. However if your willing to stick to it I see no reason to back down from a challenge. Be stuborn like me  ;D Just remember that being stuborn can only be taken so far...eventually if you give yourself too much work you will have to quit. My advise if you want to do multi guild is to at least make sure each guild you make has active loyal players. If that happens then the numbers will follow if you rp well. Don't load up on creating lots of guilds at once though because if you give yourself too much work you might get overwhelmed.

We are a half-secretive society of people who want to keep an eye on each
other and not be all alone in the world.  The way we are structured,
whatever your talent or walk of life might be, you'll fit in. From the
peaceful to the war-loving, mage or crafter, honorable or shady, we will
find a place for you to optimaly utilize your talents for the benefit of the
whole collective. In return you will find yourself sharing benefits of
knowledge, training, guidance and protection from the guild, along with a
chance of a prospectful career for those who seek a higher position. The
only real requirement to join and stay in the collective is loyalty

well that was what i read when i talked about the pickpockets and robbers, and its a little misleading for me, because you try to be neutral.  sorry about how negative my other post was. yes going to bed would have definetly helped me.

Well the thing is, the organisation didn't just pop up yesterday, while its still being built, alot has been done already. We have a few dedicaded people around and of course all the divisions didnt just appear on one day either :D

Personally I have to say I'm impressed that Jornop has taken up the challenge since I see how much work it can be and myself I'm sticking to the group for the time being as well :)

Well taking in wanted criminals definitely wouldn't help the way the guild is perceived and would make it alot harder to stay neutral. Not to mention such people would be harder to trust and less likely to stay loyal. Shady doesn't necesarily mean a criminal, maybe you just have some skills or a specific approach to solving your problems ;)

After I have changed "The Organisation"'s homepage now, there still remains the main function: to lead each subguild to each other one...There is no double information again...
But I still wait for a page of the Magicians!  ???

Hi, I'd like to join. As of now, I'm practicing fighting, mining and cartography. I can also write pretty well, if that helps. My in game name is Yuroki Moranza, and I will be loyal to the cause.

I'm not quite sure I understand what exactly the cause is yet. Seems very much like these other guilds that exist for the sake of having a guild and no more.
I suggest the statue of Laanx gets turned into a statue of Parallo <3. An NPC could never replace the huge hole he left in my heart when he died  :'(

I have to agree with Parallo, based on this thread. I do hope that the new leadership will take the time to rewrite the thread with a clearer structure and purpose. Couldn't find it on the website yet either, which is pretty complicated by the way with a lot of links.
