I hope Im not too fast with putting this into the complaint section, but it's a point that disturbs me.
If I, as non-programmer, understand it right, the chatmanager.cpp (ChatManager::HandleMessage) defines a logging for the ingame chat.
What I don't like is, that apparently everything what is said will be logged on server side, including contents of group and tell.
While I don't really see the point of logging chat in general, I especially oppose the logging of the channels that are meant to be private.
Is the logging of everything really necessary, or can it be turned off - at least for the non public channels?
I hope that this could be done, but if not we should think about mentioning, at some place where the players can see it, that everything that is said in game will be
held in a log file.
Any further information, for example about how long the logs will be held, would be welcome, too.
