Hello there ! After a very long time, i'm back in PS.
Ok, so i see all my characters are deleted (i suppose, because i've seen none). But, when i try to recreate a new one, it seem both firstname and lastname are already in use. How do that possible ??? ? These are not name from known characters from SF novels or movies (etc...), they are entirely original from my mind.
I need Help for that.
And, in case my ancients characters are not deleted, i can't follow the migration process as describe in the website : "account already exists"...

make another character and contact a gm ingame they will do what they can to try to help you.

it does look like your char got wiped in the great wipe of 2005.

Do you happen to be a MB player and have you registered your character to be migrated to CB?
If that's the case, I think your first name is still in the database, despite of the 2005 wipe. Anyway, I'd do what Caarrie said.
