Arnigus once again waddles up to the Board of Public Announcements. Once again, he is carrying a sheaf of papers with gold leaf borders. And, as before, he finds himself in the dilemma of where to put his pastry down so that he can use both hands to post his notice. Seemingly remembering what happened last time, he elects to gently put the powered confectionary in his front shirt pocket. Hen then places his notice with a grin that is almost as wide as his handlebar mustaches. He then turns to any who are watching, and begins his speech.
"My good fellow citizens! I am overjoyed to bring you this grand news! It seems the patrons of the last Telling liked it so much, I have been granted the honor of hosting yet another Storytelling competition! Bring your Stories, Poems, and Songs to share!"
Arnigus gives a smile and wave to anyone listening, and turns back the way he came.

[[New OOC rules: If you are able to, I ask that you please pre-write your stories/poems/songs in shortcuts. You can do this ingame, or write it in your word proccessor of choice, and copy/paste into the shortcutcommands XML file. Easy way to do this is to go ingame, and create your shortcuts, such as Story 1, Story 2, and so on, but only write /say TEXT1, /say TEXT2 and so on in the shortcut. Save and close PS, then open shortcutcommands XML. Copy your story parts, and paste them where it says TEXT1, TEXT2, etc (don't forget to erase the word TEXT). Only one paragraph per shortcut, please. And don't forget to /me emotes to set the mood of your story or song (you do not have to shortcut that)! And, as the notice says, folks who use shortcuts to go faster will get double cheering rewards!]]
