Updater problems

I finally manage to log in to the game and it says "Please Run Updater". I run the updater, and it doesn't run, just shows a window with a black screen.
Can someone help me please?

The window is black in the moment that the updater is loading, so apparently yours is locking up. Do you get a "Not Responding" along with this?

If you ignore the update message, does the game still load and let you log in?  If so, just ignore the message and enjoy playing.  If not, please follow the posting guidelines and post the needed info or there really isn't much we can do other than say, try updating your graphics card drivers.

1: What's the info i need to post?
2: I can't update my graphics drivers because it messes up a feature on my laptop..... I know it's stupid but i can't
3: When i log in it does let me bypass the message but everything is messed up
